TERMS & CONDITIONS – WIN A TRIP TO BALI

Hang Eleven International B.V. (“Hang Eleven”), a company registered in the Netherlands, is organising the “Win a Trip to Bali” giveaway through its official Instagram account, @hangeleven, and website, https://hang-eleven.com.

Participation is free of charge, and no purchase is necessary to enter. Eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase during November 2026 may also be automatically entered into the giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Hang Eleven is the organiser and responsible party for this giveaway.

§2 Competition Period

  • The giveaway begins when the official competition Reel is published on Instagram.
  • The giveaway closes on 1 December 2026 at 23:59 CET.
  • Qualifying purchases must be made between 1 November 2026 at 00:00 CET and 30 November 2026 at 23:59 CET.
  • Entries received after the relevant deadlines will not be considered.
  • The winner will be selected within seven business days following the competition's closing date.

§3 Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Participants must be legal residents of an eligible European country.
  • Eligible countries: EU + UK
  • Participants entering through Instagram must have a valid Instagram account.
  • Employees of Hang Eleven, its affiliates, and individuals directly involved in organising the giveaway are excluded.
  • Each participant is eligible for a maximum of one entry, regardless of the entry method used.
  • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and relevant platform terms.
  • The winner's chosen travel companion must also be at least 18 years old.

Hang Eleven reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility before awarding the prize.

§4 How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway using either of the following methods.

Method 1 – Instagram Entry (Free)

To participate through Instagram, entrants are invited to:

  1. Like the official giveaway Reel.
  2. Follow @hangeleven on Instagram.
  3. Comment on the Reel and tag the person they would like to take to Bali.
  4. Share the Reel to their Instagram Story.

A valid comment on the official giveaway Reel constitutes one entry. The other actions are encouraged but are not required to qualify for the draw and do not increase the chances of winning.

No purchase or payment is necessary.

Method 2 – Purchase Entry

Customers who complete a qualifying purchase through the official Hang Eleven website, https://hang-eleven.com, between 1 November and 30 November 2026 will automatically be entered into the giveaway, subject to applicable law and eligibility requirements.
  • No minimum purchase value is required.
  • Each eligible customer receives a maximum of one entry, regardless of the number or value of purchases.
  • Purchases must be completed within the specified promotional period.
  • Cancelled, fraudulent or fully refunded orders before the draw will not qualify for a purchase entry.
  • Purchases made outside the promotional period will not qualify.
  • Eligible customers will be entered using the information associated with their order.
  • Hang Eleven will contact a selected purchase entrant using the email address provided at checkout.

General Entry Conditions
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Free Instagram entries and eligible purchase entries will be included in the same random prize draw.
  • Each eligible individual has a maximum of one entry and the same chance of winning.
  • Entering through both methods does not result in additional entries.
  • Multiple purchases or Instagram comments do not increase the chances of winning.
  • Hang Eleven may use reasonable measures to identify duplicate entries and verify eligibility.

§5 Prize

One winner will receive a trip to Bali, Indonesia, for two people, with a maximum total prize value of €8,000.

The prize includes:
  • Return economy flights for two people from an approved European departure airport to Bali, Indonesia.
  • Seven nights of accommodation in Bali for two people sharing one room.
  • Travel taking place between 1 February 2027 and 31 May 2027.
  • A combined maximum value of €8,000 for flights and accommodation arranged by Hang Eleven.

The €8,000 represents the maximum combined value of the prize, not a cash payment or a guaranteed minimum amount to be spent.

Flights and accommodation will be selected and booked by Hang Eleven or an appointed travel partner, in consultation with the winner.

Travel dates, departure airports, airlines and accommodation are subject to availability and approval by Hang Eleven.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, the prize does not include:
  • Travel insurance.
  • Passports, visas or other travel documentation.
  • Meals, drinks or personal expenses.
  • Airport transfers or ground transportation.
  • Excursions, activities or additional travel arrangements.
  • Additional baggage, upgrades or booking changes.
  • Any costs exceeding the agreed prize inclusions.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any unused portion of the €8,000 prize budget will not be paid to the winner.

§6 Winner Selection and Notification

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The selection will be carried out using an impartial and documented process.
  • Instagram entrants will be contacted exclusively through Instagram Direct Message from the official @hangeleven account.
  • Purchase entrants will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout.
  • The winner's first name and/or Instagram username may be announced on Hang Eleven's official social media channels, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
  • The winner must respond within five business days of receiving notification.
  • If the winner does not respond, cannot verify eligibility or declines the prize, Hang Eleven reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
  • The winner must provide all personal information reasonably necessary to arrange the trip.

Hang Eleven will never require participants to make a payment to claim the prize.

§7 Travel Conditions

  • Travel must take place between 1 February and 31 May 2027.
  • The winner and their guest must hold valid passports and satisfy all applicable entry requirements for Indonesia.
  • The winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any required visas and travel documentation.
  • Travel arrangements will be coordinated by Hang Eleven or its appointed travel partners.
  • Flights and accommodation are subject to the applicable providers' booking terms.
  • Once confirmed, bookings may not be changeable or refundable.
  • Any additional costs arising from changes requested by the winner will be the winner's responsibility.
  • The winner and their guest are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

Hang Eleven will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, denied entry or disruptions beyond its reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

§8 Disqualification

Hang Eleven reserves the right to disqualify participants who:
  • Provide false, incomplete or misleading information.
  • Use fake accounts, bots or automated entry methods.
  • Attempt to manipulate the competition or winner selection.
  • Submit fraudulent purchases or otherwise abuse the purchase-entry mechanism.
  • Breach these Terms & Conditions.
  • Violate applicable laws or Instagram's terms.

Where an entrant is disqualified, Hang Eleven may select an alternative winner.

§9 Data Protection

Hang Eleven processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal information processed in connection with the giveaway may include:
  • Instagram username.
  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Contact information.
  • Order information, where relevant to purchase entries.
  • Travel booking details for the winner and guest.

Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, prevent duplicate entries, select and contact the winner, and arrange the prize.

Where necessary to administer an entry requested by a participant, processing may be based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other processing activities, including automatic purchase-entry administration and fraud prevention, will rely on an appropriate lawful basis identified and disclosed by Hang Eleven.

Personal information may be shared with authorised service providers, including airlines, accommodation providers and travel booking partners, where necessary to fulfil the prize.

Personal information will not be used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.

Information will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the giveaway and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Participants have the right to exercise their applicable data protection rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

§10 Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Participants acknowledge that information submitted directly to Hang Eleven is provided to Hang Eleven and not to Instagram.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants release Instagram and Meta from claims arising in connection with the giveaway.


§11 Changes or Cancellation

Hang Eleven reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical issues, legal restrictions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any material changes will be communicated through Hang Eleven's official communication channels.

Changes will not unfairly disadvantage participants or affect their mandatory legal rights.


§12 Liability

Hang Eleven will exercise reasonable care in organising and administering the giveaway.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hang Eleven is not liable for technical failures, unavailable Instagram services, lost entries or disruptions outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct or applicable mandatory statutory obligations.


§13 Taxes

Any applicable Dutch gambling tax will be handled in accordance with Dutch tax legislation.

Hang Eleven will determine and communicate the applicable tax treatment before awarding the prize, including whether any tax will be borne by the organiser.

Any personal tax obligations arising in the winner's country of residence will be subject to applicable local legislation.

The winner will be informed of any tax obligations that Hang Eleven is legally required to disclose before accepting the prize.

§14 Complaints

Questions, enquiries or complaints regarding the giveaway should be directed to:

Hang Eleven will handle complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and Dutch promotional games requirements.


§15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the participant's country of residence.

The giveaway is intended to comply with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance and other applicable legislation.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts, subject to applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules.
