Hang Eleven is urgently seeking a talented Store Assistant to join our team! As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for the entire Hang Eleven store. This includes interacting with customers, ensuring the store is in top shape, and managing stock levels. Our store is located on Haarlemmerdijk in the center of Amsterdam. We offer you a challenging role in a young and growing company. As a small organization with short communication lines, you will have significant responsibility. We have a pleasant and energetic atmosphere where hard work is valued, but having fun is equally important.
Your Responsibilities:
- Setting up and decorating the store
- Back-office functions: Inventory management, creating reports, customer care, etc.
- Providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience that exceeds their expectations
- Creating social media content for our various social media channels
- Keeping up with current and upcoming fashion and social media trends
You Have/Are:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- A hard worker with a hands-on mentality and a creative mind
- A team player who can also work independently
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in clothing
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and able to operate in a fast-changing environment
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Available multiple days per week, including weekends
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- A higher education degree in media, fashion, marketing, or communications
- Experience with social media: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
