Rated 4 out of 5 stars5/23/24Nice shortsThe shorts are amazing, the linnen has a good fitting. Because of the linnen air can come trough the shorts easy what keeps the legs cold. Thats nice for the warm days. The only downside whas the delivery, I got a track&trace code from postnl. Than postnl told me the shorts where deliverd. This was not the case, 5 days later a postman from postnl deliverd the package. The corspondation with hang eleven whas not verry fast, and I thought it the reaction whas a bit unempathetic. They asked if i had asked the neighbors if the package whas there. That is a logical respons however I missed a bit of empathy in the message, like: sorry to hear that your package hasn't arrived yet. Could you please ask your neighbors if they have the package? If thats not the case we will immediately contact postnl and find a propper way of compensating you.
