When using the 3for2 T-Shirt deal it is only possible to exchange, or return an item together with the free tee. It is not possible to return with out returning the free tee.

 

We're committed to providing you with high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


If you wish to return or exchange an item, please make sure your request meets the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be made in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN


To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:


  1. Login to the return portal: Visit our Return Portal and log in with your email address and order number.
  2. Select your items: Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason.
  3. Choose a carrier: Select your preferred carrier for shipping and pay for the return shipping.
  4. Print your return label: After completing the payment, print your return label and attach it to the package.
  5. Send your package: Drop off the package at your chosen carrier’s location and ensure it is scanned for tracking.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your refund or exchange.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Orders returned outside of the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
  • There is no warranty for issues caused by washing. Any damage after washing is the customer's responsibility.
