In the swim short a seam was torn. I contacted customer service and they send me a new one the next day. The great thing about the shorts is that they have a zipper, so your phone can't fall out. Only thing I would change about the swim shorts is mesh pockets, so air does not get trapped in the pockets during swimming.
Other than that, happy with my order.
