Have you found a Hang Eleven item you want? Great!

Now select a colour and/or size and click 'in shopping bag'. Of course you can also continue shopping, you can always return to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right.

Please note: if items are in your shopping bag, this does not mean that they have been reserved.

 Have you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your Hang Eleven items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click the 'Proceed to checkout' button. This will take you to the check-out page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

 

 

This goes in 4 steps:

 

STEP 1: BILLING ADDRESS

  • Enter the address details of the location where you would like to receive the invoice.

 

  • Do you want the package to be delivered to a different address? Then uncheck the box ‘shipping address = billing address’, after which you can enter the details for the shipping address.

  • We recommend checking the box ‘create an account and save information.’



STEP 2: SHIPPING

  • Choose the desired shipping method. For Dutch clients, if you order on weekdays before 10:00 PM, we will ship it the same day, and with a bit of luck, your Hang Eleven items will arrive the next business day.


GOOD NEWS: for orders in the Netherlands over €75 and in Germany over €100, shipping is free!



STEP 3: PAYMENT

  • Select the payment method you wish to use. On the 'payment' page, you can learn more about the available payment methods.

  • Once you complete the order, you will automatically be redirected to the secure website of the payment provider.

 

 

STEP 4: REVIEW YOUR ORDER

  • In the final step, you can review your order and apply a discount code.

  • You can also opt to subscribe to our newsletter (with exclusive promotions, new trends, and Hang Eleven items).

  • To complete the order, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions.

  • Finally, click the black button ‘place order’, and we’ll take care of the rest! 

 

 

Note: Once you have completed your order, it cannot be modified, as your order will be processed immediately to ensure it is likely to be delivered to you by the next business day.
